November 14, 2014 - Our second day at Baguio City. Hubby and I woke up early to witness the sunrise from our room's veranda. God's creation and nature are truly amazing and breathtaking. We prepared ourselves and waited for our little girl to woke up. Past eight in the morning after we are all made up and ready to go we decided to take a power breakfast at RANCHO inside Ketchup Food Community right in of Wright Park.
To be honest, I thought they only served exotic food like kabayo meat and the like. I am not a big fan of any food that are exotic and I am scared for a possibilities of any food allergies. But during that moment only Rancho was the only restaurant that is open to serve us and Ate (forgot her name, sorry) made sure that what they offer will be a real deal. So while they are preparing for our food we took our time to take pictures of the place and allow our kid to just play around.
Good thing they also serve a common recipe that we know (lol) and aside from that the food tastes sooooooo goooooooooddd!!!!! I am not sure why is tastes so good when in fact it was just a usual recipe namely fried bangus, longganisa and tocino I prepare at home. If I am fond of exotic food I might have tried their specialty but then again I just can't (fear factor, toinks).
It was our first time at Ketchup Food Community and it was something new to us. We really enjoyed our power breakfast at this place and will definitely recommend Rancho to others.
