PAN ROASTED MARBLE POTATOES
There are tons of easy to cook recipes available on the net or through cook books that's for sure. But you can also create your own by reinventing or making one recipe to another recipe. For me the ones that stand out most from these easy to prepare dishes were those with less required ingredients and that are readily available in the kitchen (healthy). STEAMED PORK SIOMAI
I've always wanted to cook siomai at home for the longest time but wasn't able to do so until recently. I am quite apprehensive to make such recipe mostly because I thought it was complicated to prepare in the first place. However, I realized I will never know if I wouldn't try, right?.
And so... a couple of weeks ago, I attempted to make a home made pork siomai and it was a success.
There are a lot of available cook books and recipe guides for this recipe. I have read and watched tutorials on the web too from the simpliest to well, I guess complicated step. For my first try though, I choose to change some of the ingredients (plus and minus) and have it done according to my taste.
If you wish to know how I did it please continue reading... ►►►►

Breakfast Recipe - Put a little Magic
Eggs are essentially important (kitchen ingredients) in our household. It is on top of my grocery lists because most of the recipes I cook has eggs on it and boiled egg whites (don't forget the cooked rice) is my daughter's no. 1 favorite (yes, she can finished three boiled egg whites in just one meal). Study says eggs are rich source of protein, iodine and other vitamins so I allow my kid to eat it whenever she requested for it. I just make sure to follow the right storing and cooking procedure for health and safety reasons.

BUTTERED SHRIMP - SMELL AND TASTES SO GOOD!
If you are a seafood lover like me for sure you have tried the best seller menu in DAMPA (a seafood market & restaurant where your choice of food will be cooked for you) - The Buttered Shrimp!
The last time I tried it was when I joined my previous superiors at DAMPA Libis and that was so long time ago. We have one near our place at DAMPA SUCAT but I couldn't go there alone and my husband was never a big fan of seafood also (allergic in shrimp actually). Other than the usual fried tilapia I decided to cook Buttered Shrimp at home and it was a success! Let me share with you my second easy to do recipe. It is easy to prepare and tastes so good too!
