GETTING TO KNOW FOODPANDA.PH

Balancing work and family life is never an easy task and for a working mom like me (living in a fast-phased digital era) anything that can help me cope up, I will surely appreciate. It is during those time, when I am all exhausted (mostly due to stress caused by traffic) and doesn't have enough time and energy to cook that food delivery comes to my rescue and makes my life easier. Food delivery nowadays has evolve tremendously, with hundreds of restaurants to choose from, providing a wide selection of delicious yet equally healthy meal.

Lately I discovered an online food ordering portal called Foodpanda.ph when it came into a partnership with Mommybloggersphilippines which I am a member. I didn't pass the chance to signed up to their recently concluded contest. Not only I was given a chance to win fabulous prizes but also I got to experience their service for the first time.

So how was my experience with Foodpanda, you may ask?

I have three words to describe Foodpanda service, it is convenient, accessible and fast!

Convenient - just a little effort to place my order online. True to its word, the process is as easy as 1...2..3... You just need to enter your location, choose your restaurant and pick items and then proceed to checkout.

Accessible - the friendly manner or way of informing me about my order status by calling me to my mobile number and sending me email confirmation was a plus.

Fast - right after I received the confirmation of my order, less than an hour, the food (Gerry's Grill food item) was delivered right to our home doorsteps.

So cheers for a very convenient ordering system you got, I had no apprehension at all. Your website has been bookmarked and next time I order, I'll try using the mobile apps.

Before I end this entry, if I may just add, I wish Foodpanda had other payment options online, such as accepting debit cards. It would be a great offer for those customers who doesn't own a credit card and for those who wishes to avail a food gift delivery service for their love ones from afar. Way to go Foodpanda.ph!
