Oh wait! don't worry it's not dangerous at all but just a head's up though, the recipe that I'll be sharing with you for today is highly recommended to be consumed by adults only and those people who loves spicy foods. True to its name, this recipe will give you that explosive feeling in your mouth even on the first bite. Crunchy, hot and bursting with flavorful juices - THE DYNAMITE ROLL.
I've known this recipe for quite a long time, I remember it was a part of my husband's birthday menu years back and the only time that I had a chance to prepare it again just happened last night as to my husband's request. Same as with my previous recipes making a dynamite roll is simple and easy. Check out my guide below and please come back to me once you tried this recipe yourself. (Thank you in advance.)
INGREDIENTS
Lumpia Wrapper
Sili Sinigang
Hotdog
Quickmelt Cheese
Cooking Oil
PROCEDURE
The Fillings
First, slice hotdog into half and set aside. Cut cheese into strips, put it on a plate and set aside. Now for the pepper, cut off the stem and discard it. Slice half of the pepper and scrape off the seeds using a spoon. Grab a lumpia wrapper and place it down in a cutting board. Place the pepper in the middle while cheese strips goes inside of the pepper and sandwich it with hotdog on the sides.
Wrapping
Grab half part of the wrapper (corner nearest you) up to the middle covering on top of the fillings. Fold the sides of the wrap inward and start rolling it until it meets the other end. Brush the wrapper edges with water to fully seal it.
Frying
Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan or skillet. Then slowly drop rolls into the heated oil. Deep fry for around 3-5 minutes (fire: low setting). Once rolls became golden in color remove it from the pan and drip excess oil. Place on a clean plate and serve immediately.
Perfectly served with Mayo Dip and steamed rice! :) Enjoy.
