EXPOMOM BY MOMMY MUNDO

"YOU THE MOM" BY MOMMY MUNDO

I am no shopaholic. I don't consider myself one (hahahaha... my husband would probably say "yeah right!). I do like going around bazaars, bargain centers, UKAY and expo events especially when I have extra time and budget. I love checking out sale items that were not usually seen or displayed in the mall. I looked for products that are useful, unique, fresh (not yet release in the market), affordable and in best quality brands. (I think most mom would agree with me on this one).

Last Friday, I saw an event in New Glorietta Activity Center entitled EXPOMOM by MOMMY MUNDO. It peeked my curiosity for sure but since I am in a hurry, I decided to just take some photos from afar. When I got home I started looking for MOMMY MUNDO articles and found myself joining their community on Facebook. I mean how can I resist not liking a portal of active and urban moms, mom-to-be and momprenuers. ☺

When the husband got home (working on a night shift) he asked where is our destination (since Saturday is our Official Family "Gala" Time) so I said I wanted to go to Glorietta, he must be in the zombie mode he agreed without any hesitation (lol). It is like hitting two birds with one stone - we had our most awaited Family "quality" time together and I was able to visit Day 2 of EXPOMOM in Glorietta. This is also my first time to visit Expo Mom by Mommy Mundo.

Here are some of the photos taken during our trip.

♥♥♥ Mckenzie and Friends ♥♥♥
Photo Ops with Winnie the Pooh, Tiger & Mickey Mouse at Toy Kingdom at SM MAKATI

We had an early snack at the Vanilla Cupcake Bakery with these mouth-watering cupcakes.
Ocean of Emeralds
Oreo Cheesecake is too sweet for my liking. I love the Vanilla Choco Cupcake on the right photo that I even forget the real name of the cupcake hahahaha.
My baby sitting pretty at the couch.
I can't wait to visit Vanilla Cupcake Bakery and Cafe soon. Their furniture are awesome especially the cushioned chairs that i wish I could bring home hahaha...☺
Relaxing time at the Activity center with this fun rides.

As soon as the expo accepted registrant we didn't waste any more time. Here are some of my observations and photos taken during the event.

♀ FREE ENTRANCE FEE
♦ you will just have to donate whatever amount you can give for the benefit of Payatas Children thru Mommy Mundo #thekinderproject
♦ you'll get your stamp mark (access to enter the gate heheheh) and you will be getting a FREE gift pack of  "you the mom" tote bags, leaflets and other gift items.

My baby getting shy :)

♀ Upon entering you will see different rows of merchandise from momprenuers stalls and here are some of the products  that caught my eyes.

These are gorgeous! Stuff toys and adorable tees from "I♥Mommy
A collection of Adorable and Fashionable Clothing/Bags from THE PRINCESS AND THE PEA.
The wide range of Onesies from Tiny Tots

The Basic - products at the ENFANT Station :)
The Mommy Mundo Stage - flat form for the speaker with their motivational speech.

The alleys are narrow that shoppers with big strollers can cause traffic hehehehe... better not to bring one. Imagine how it is like if the crowd gets huge at one time.

The stage is huge! there were no chair set up in front of the stage which I hope existed so shoppers not only find best brands to shop but to actually have a focus while listening to the guest speaker talks. All in all I have no regrets for visiting and shopping at EXPOMOM Bazaar 2014. What I loved about this event is that I shop with a cause not only for my benefit but because in a small way I was able to help. ExpoMom by Mommy Mundo is such a great project. KUDOS! to the organizers and momprenuers for the job well done. I will definitely comeback and visit the next EXPOMOM event in the metro.

What's inside my "YOU THE MOM" Tote bag?

A soft denim polo for only 450 Php - bought from BUTTER.
A peach cotton 3/4's Tees for only 200 Php also from BUTTER.
A set of rubber stamp for only 60.00 Php from Paper Chic Studio
(which I can actually use as a learning tool for Mckenzie) - they have different sets and designs for rubber stamps, note pads and other cutie items at an affordable price).

It must tell you, it was tiring yet fun and worth-while Saturday for the three of us . The ultimate reward is of course seeing the sweet smile on Mckenzie's face. :) I remember how excited she was that morning when I told her that we will take her out, we will ride a bus, ride her favorite choo-choo train, eat and play. She was in all smile, hugged me and said .... thank you mommy :) (it's like her saying "YOU THE MOM!" hehehe).

HOPE TO SEE YOU IN THE NEXT EXPOMOM!!!♥
