Breakfast Recipe - Put a little Magic

Eggs are essentially important  (kitchen ingredients) in our household.  It is on top of my grocery lists because most of the recipes I cook has eggs on it and boiled egg whites (don't forget the cooked rice) is my daughter's no. 1 favorite (yes, she can finished three boiled egg whites in just one meal). Study says eggs are rich source of protein, iodine and other vitamins so I allow my kid to eat it whenever she requested for it. I just make sure to follow the right storing and cooking procedure for health and safety reasons.

Whenever I ask them (hubby and baby) what would they like to have for breakfast, they will both say EGG and the usual scenario is me ending up me saying "itlog na naman" (eggs?.. again?!).

Fed up preparing the usual boiled, scrambled and fried egg for almost everyday (yap you read it right), I came to a point of thinking to improve the taste of the usual fried eggs. One recent morning, I grab the remaining onion springs on the refrigerator, grab some garlic and fried some eggs. So if you wish to spice up your morning and make some power breakfast for you and your family I wish to share with you this easy to do meal.

Follow these three simple steps:

1. Do the usual procedure on frying eggs.
2. Get a glove of garlic (depend on your desired quantity) and chopped it less skin, fry garlic until golden brown. Get a spring onion and sliced it horizontally in small sizes.
3. Prepare fried eggs on plate, sprinkle fried garlic and a pinch of sliced fresh spring onion. Serve hot with rice or hot pandesal.

Make your mornings a special one by adding just a little bit of magic without spending to much.

Happy weekends :)
