SINIGANG NA BAGNET ILOCOS AND MORE - LUNCH TIME AT SOLIBAO

After the long walk and adventure inside Camp John Hay, our stomach craves for yet another delicious food. I remember this one restaurant within Burnham Park during last year's Panagbenga event but I couldn't figure out the name until we arrived at Burnham Park. I saw the famous SOLIBAO restaurant so we choose to dine in and have our lunch. We were seated at the farthest corner of the restaurant and seeing the Football grounds and Hotel Venize from (afar) outside the window memories kept flashing back to me and seeing ATE the order taker and server for the second time, I came to realize it was the same restaurant I have tried before, it was SOLIBAO all this time and so I know we made the right choice. (Wink)

As for me, visiting Baguio wouldn't be complete if you won't try those much recommended restaurants that will surely serves fresh and great tasting food and SOLIBAO is one of them. I missed their Sinigang na Bagnet Ilocos so it was on top of my orders (ha  ha). Aside from Sinigang we also ordered Canton as my daugther requested for a PANCIT, chicken recipes as requested by my husband and calamares with rice. Since it is my second time I am aware of how big the servings were. I must say the price maybe high for some but the price is right and you won't regret ordering because of how big the serving is and of how delicious the food were. My husband got surprise when the bowl of Sinigang arrived (ha ha) wait until he tastes the sinigang itself (he he). We enjoyed our lunch so much and our tummy was full and happy. Great choice for Lunch!!!

After we had our lunch we headed back to Vantage Point to check our room, freshen up and rest for a while. Next on our itinerary - THE BELL CHURCH.
