Yep, that vintage yet classy and elegant accessory that has been around for ages but making a huge comeback at the fashion scene (this year) will be the subject for my second DIY Video Tutorial.
In this project, I recreated a Tassel necklace made from an inexpensive materials. Also I added some colors to make it more youthful and fun - a perfect statement for summer.
