GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP PASTA

I was craving for shrimp dishes for quite sometime now I decided to prepare one today.  I am both a pasta and seafood lover so definitely combining the two ingredients resulted to one incredibly delicious meal (for shrimp lover like me, at least hahaha).

To satisfy my cravings, I decided to prepare Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta. So if you are interested to try this your own simply prepare for the ingredients listed below and simply follow the instruction.

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 Kilo -  Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
250 grams - Spaghetti noodles (optional; you may want to try fettuccine noodle)
3/4 100 grams - Butter bar
White Onion
Minced garlic
Salt
Pepper
Parsley leaves
Parmesan Cheese (optional)

PROCEDURE:

SPAGHETTI/FETTUCCINE NOODLES
1. Follow instruction at the back of the packaging for best results (Cooking instruction varies depending on the brand and noodle you preferred to use). Just make sure not to overcook the noodles.

2. Once cooked, drain and place in running water to immediately stop the cooking process. Drain excess water and set aside.

GARLIC PASTA SAUCE
1. Melt butter in a heated pan (low fire setting) and immediately sauteed onion and deveined shrimp together. Stir continuously until shrimp turned into glossy orange. Add up a generous amount of minced garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper to taste and stir for the taste to blend.

2. At the same sauce pan/skillet. Pour in cooked spaghetti noodles and blend well with the sauce. Stir about another 1 minute. Remove from heat.
3. Transfer to a plate or bowl. Garnished with Parmesan, a little more pinch of minced garlic and lastly a three to four shakes of parsley leaves.

Eat and enjoy :)
