DINNER TIME AT 50'S DINER

From Minesview, we went back to Vantage Point again to leave the pasalubong we bought, freshen up and rest for a couple of hours. Since we will be heading home the next day we made sure not to miss out 50's DINER for dinner.

Seeing 50's Diner again for the second time still excites me. The same old red car park in front of the restaurant, the same crowded evening (we are reserved for #13) we needed to wait for our names to be called and so we waited from the outside of the restaurant. It was a non peak season but to see the huge crowd that night made me think, maybe there is no non peak time for this restaurant especially in the evening. The 50's feel and features of the restaurant are kept with no renovation at all. I see this same old man cheerfully serves his customers and carries chairs and table for them (next time I'll ask for his name). Since Solibao made sure to satiate us, so we ordered minimal but I couldn't say light foods. Burgers, Sandwiches and fruit milkshakes did the magic for us. Though the recipes was nothing really extravagant in terms of taste (for most of us) hubby and friends were amazed about the portion and servings when the food finally arrived at our table. My favorite Chicken Clubhouse is still the best I must say including the UBE Milkshake I ordered. It was truly satisfying for me (simply joys).

50's Diner General Luna is worth visiting for especially if you are craving for big (satiating) servings.
We ended our second day with a bang! woot... woott... wink :)
