PAN ROASTED MARBLE POTATOES

There are tons of easy to cook recipes available on the net or through cook books that's for sure. But you can also create your own by reinventing or making one recipe to another recipe. For me the ones that stand out most from these easy to prepare dishes were those with less required ingredients and that are readily available in the kitchen (healthy). One of which is pan roasted marbled potatoes.

INGREDIENTS
Mini/ Marbled Potatoes
Italian Seasoning (leaves) or Parsley
Garlic (minced)
Salt
White/Black Pepper (ground)
Olive Oil

Procedures:
1. Clean each potatoes in running water (make sure to remove dirt on potato skin).
2  Cut potatoes in half and place it in boiling water around 4 to 5 minutes. Cook until tender but still firm. Remove from water and drain thoroughly.
3. In a skillet or pan, put potatoes and pour in olive oil (set fire in low setting). Sprinkle small amount of minced garlic, salt and pepper.
4. Slowly stir marble potatoes in pan for another 3-5 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat after you achieve a soft middle yet crispy out part of potatoes.
6. Transfer into a plate. Sprinkle fresh garlic minced and italian Seasoning (leaves) or parsley.

Serve and enjoy!

P.s.
If you wanted to add some dip, custard or pesto sauce are a healthy option.
